They owe me 4 grand. Been up and down and playing for a few years without winning or losing my stake. Havent asked for a payout since 2 years ago when they paid me $2500, although I did wait a month or 6 weeks with alot of BS before I recd the $$. Today a buddy told me he has been waiting since April for a payout of $1600 and has been getting the runaround. Now I am wondering if they are good for the $$ Anyone have any info on WSEX? Thanks

They seem to be "trying" but it'll likely take at least a year or more to get your money, and then only in partial payments.

According to SBR forum a D- book. I know SBR's ratings are advertiser influenced sometimes, but still worth looking at before putting your hard earned money at risk. Sorry about your misfortune.

Still waiting for partial payment now 3 months. Every excuse. Should I file a complaint?

Hope you'll get your money soon, Sacker. It sucks that you have to deal with this bullshit after sweating the games. Looks like that D- is justified.

P.S.: Had problems with BetOnline some weeks ago (B+ rating at SBR), wasn't about a payout but nevertheless extremely frustrating. Will probably write a report about that experience here soon.

Did that already, Andrew.

Unfortunately BetOnline is a paying sponsor at SBR so they can't afford to rate them bad. That also explains why they didn't assist me with anything regarding my several complaints and why BetOnline is still on the their recommended list.

If you get money from those you judge then there's a big conflict and a rating site that isn't always neutral is quite useless.

GOOD NEWS!  I got paid.  Took 4 months but they did pay.  Glad to see it as they still owe me money.  Hopefully they are back on track.

Wow.  If SBR is to be believed, you are one of the lucky ones! Congrats!

Well my account balance was over 10 grand and now they have officially closed. Why are winners so easy when you can't get paid? Why would any sports book take them over when they owe out so much? Don't think I will ever see anything. On top of that I owe the local 2 grand. Maybe I should tell him to get the $2k from WSEX. This sucks

I feel for you.  I lost about that amount also.  They actually paid me a little, a month before they ran off, probably one of their last payments.   They have no integrity.  They posted a closing notice for a couple of days, closed their e mails and phones, and took that notice down after about 2 days, and disappeared into the night with our money.

It's really sad to see. They were really a great offshore book 5 or 6 years ago when I used them regularly and
they always paid on time. I stopped using offshore after the Gov't crackdown. At this point I'm not sure you can
trust any site that takes U.S. players.
