I need this fixed ASAP.. Not a good time for this software to go down right before the bowls..

I emailed support two days ago no response.. Downloaded patch below did not help.   Let me know here is a screen shot when I try to download stat files because the lines are all not up to date.

Errors like that are usually caused by a firewall on your computer that is preventing WinPicks from accessing the Internet.  Please check your Windows firewall settings, or if you are running "Norton Internet Security" or similar software, configure it to allow WinPicks access to the Internet.

never had this problem before and I don't have any firewalls or virus running so now what?

Please help. I have been a customer for 5 YEARS NOW.  I haven never had this problem I turned off my fire wall and I don't have any virus programs running yet I keep getting the error??????  Thanks,

We are sorry that you continue to have problems. 

You can download the files from a web browser directly from this link:  http://www.microbro.com/updates.shtm

Follow the instructions on the page that tell you where to store the files.

Also, if you are sure you have no firewall problems, try rebooting your computer.   Sometimes reloading Windows will clear up Internet problems.
