We have not been able to duplicate your problem. Our server is working fine and downloads are also working.
You might have a firewall installed that is preventing your from downloading the stat files. Some other possible causes are listed here:
If all else fails, you can always download CFA stat files directly from our web server outside of WinPicks. You can download the files directly from this page and save them to the "C:\WinPicks 2008\Stats" folder to get the latest stats: http://microbro.com/updates.shtm
