WOW! The Niners certainly showed those Giants and their shitty defense what revenge means.

Thanks for the heads-up, guys.

week less than 10 and won previous game ats by more than 13 points as a fav of less than -6, had less than 39 minutes TOP, won the turnover battle and outscored their opponent in each of the last 3 qtrs since Oct 23 2005

This thing has too many variables for my liking and I don't understand how anything relates in this query. It also lost last time out, week 2 of this year.

Exactly, Thomas. The less factors that go into an angle, the "truer" it is. Look at the main 30/12 angle. Three factors. Simple.

Agree stat master, also it's funny but the taxi trend was actually the 30-10 trend but somehow over the years has changed to the 30-12 trend. Not sure why because you only get one more play out of it at 12 as the record shows 1-18 for the life of the database. I believe this trend originally reached back farther than '89 and produced more plays at 12 than at 10, both good but why change it, I'll bet a buck it was a tout thing to gussy it up a bit. Haha, gussy, wtf made me think of that word . I back fitted this particular trend to be perfect a few years ago here but I don't remember what I did to get it and don't care, lol. All said and done it's a great trend, even though it's all over the web now, I have been fortunate enough to be on this trend since whenever taxi brought it here, around 2000 and I always throw 2 units on it so I've made some good coin on it. Thanks to taxi wherever he may be

Thomas,

Do you have a way to check back to see how a team such as team A (San Fran) does after a let down game like this? Or how the Giants will fair after a big win from the past results?

Just thinking out loud!

Thanks for your time...Or if you can point me in the right direction to find this info out!

Thanks again!

Basically how a team does after they lose against this system the following week! San Fran is laying 7 to Seattle this week!
How the team that wins outright does the following week! NY Giants open as a 7 point favorite over Washington!
Just wondering if there is a edge!
Hope I didn't confuse you!
Thanks again for your time

Billy B,

I was thinkin' along the same lines...kinda' like "reverse engineering" the system for both teams comin' off of it...

Just too tired to look right now...

the dog in Seattle games is 6-0 SU and 6-0 ATS this year
the total is 5-1 under (thanks to that last minute bomb against NE)

seattle = great a home
seattle = terrible on the road, but they did beat Carolina
san fran = great at home, but did lose their last against a great defensive effort

Yeah, I hate when it's plastered everywhere every time it comes up but what was Vegas gonna do? Make NYG -27 on the road against the Niners? Nope. It doesn't come up often enough to worry about it starting to fail I guess, as long as we keep our wagers standard and don't bet the farm on a "gussied" up angle ;)

Expanding it to 30/12 adds exactly one win and no losses dating back to 1981 so that's what I go by. Not many teams score 11 or 12 points anyway.

The reason it was perfect in years past is because Washington just lost recently, in 2008, for the first loss. I don't know if that's what you were thinking?

Yeah sm it was after the 2008 game that lost obviously as there was no gussying up needed before that, lol. Books don't give a shit about a trend that produced only 18 plays in 30 years anyways. I see guys playing against this every time and I just don't get it cause it's a nice one.
