From: SANDYVILLE, WV
SEASON 13-9 (SIDES)
Here's some trends and ordinary thinking on tonights
match-ups. The trends are decent enough for me as a
small play alone..
S. MISS (-18 ) over Houston
Check out the scheduling difference between these two
teams....This sets up a "wood shed" special by the Eagles.
S. Miss making their first home appearance of the season..
In off of 3 straight road games. Making this only their 4th
game of the season..While Houston making their 6th
start of the season in their 2nd of a two road game stint.
They have next week off, and take to the road again too
meet TCU. So, already at 1-4 the schedule makers were
not to kind to the Coogs.. Couple this with S. Miss's
5-3 SU & ATS ON THUR And, The home team is 5-1 ATS
in this series. Plus a HEALTHY Eagle team wanting to make
a big home stand tonight, Only because they are "football deprived",
Having one game cancelled by a Hurricane ( @ Tulane )
A similar situation happened last year with Memphis as
the Tigers rolled in to Mississippi just in time to catch
The Golden Eagles in their first home game of the season
after 2 road starts...Result..S. MISS 23-6 Which was
UNDER 48 ( trend play )
S. Miss 12-26 O/U All games all lines.
I really feel this whole team will be pumped
up..Especially the Home "D".
Clemson ( +16.5 ) over VIRGINIA
I know the Cavs have been blasting people lately but
the scheduling issue has been very kind to VA.
Their MOV is an eye popping 33.5 points per game,
while their spread avg is (-24.75 ppg) This makes
them ahead of the spread by (8.75 ppg ) This makes
money!! But, strange things happen to the Cavs in
this situation at home on Thur Nites..
UNDER DOG IS 12-2 ATS LAST 14 In this series.
The visitor has WON 9 OF 13, Virginia is just
1-4 ATS & SU on Thur Nites. Note that they only
put 31 points on terrible Syracuse team, and gave up
24 to horrible N. Carolina team...These two games alone
have been the biggest opponents The Cavs have faced..
Clemson will not go away as easy as the former opponents.
Look at the Schedule...Fla St. A&m, G. Tech, Wake...By
far the worst opposition was G.Tech . But way better than
Akron, and Temple...Clemson has some offense..And they
are very capable of scoring...
OVER 54.5 ( trend play )
VA 25-10 O/U AS FAV ALL LINES
The theory here is that the Cavs gave up 24 points
in their only ACC game of the season..And yes they
probably gave them up with scrubs...But this shows
weak depth, and Clemson is needing a win..They do
have a returning QB Whitehurst and will protect him
a little better than expected..Look for this game
to be a shoot-out....
Good luck everybody
Hello again all,
How about that 0-4 Thur Night?
It's a new concept in handicapping...Just bet the opposite..
and you win dollars....
Remember 0-4 one way is 100% the other !!!
No not really...I'm just sucking of late...
So you know what to do....
For what it's worth....
MARYLAND ( -12.5) over GT
HAWAII (-18.5 ) over Nevada
Heavy action on Purdue.... Too much really..
PENN ST. (+10.5 ) over Purdue
LSU ( +3 ) over Florida
USC (-7 ) over California
TREAD VERY LIGHTLY
Man I need a break.....
