Thanks for the comment uber. both excellent books safety wise.

Canbet has moved to England, although their parent company is still listed on the aussie stock exchange. they can now offer bonuses as a result, aussie regulation precluded it. The tradoff is they are no longer under quite as strict regulation.

They are offering a 20% new account bonus (and reduced juice), and will offer a 10% reup bonus later this month.

Canbet is in Australia, where gambling is legal. If they don't pay you they will have their license taken away. I'd say they're one of the best books. The other book that I like is sportsbook.com. I've never had a problem getting paid from them. That's just my personal experience.

A bit past the halfway point and the list books are holding solid.

Betworks decided to sell out to another party who didn't want the postup business, so they refunded monies or switched them to Canbet. Everything went smooth. The government regulators came in to review their books and assured all bettors they had sufficient monies in escrow to cover bettors. The Aussies are by far the top regulated jurisdiction in the world. Use their books!!!!! I've recieved many instant neteller payments from them, and their phone clerks have sexy accents.

Centrebet just got sold too, and are now taking US clients I believe, give these guys a bit of time and they will be the top safest book in the world.

WWTS started up another brandname, called wageronsports. Pretty much the same thing as wwts.

Allworld closed down one of their subsidiaries, 121bets.com. And have stopped posting lines on everything in sight. Any more contraction by them and they are off the list.

Betgameday/vip have been involved in some scam sh#t, and a nopay by gameday associated with the securebux meltdown . They are still a viable group, but I won't bet with them anymore. One of their scams is joewager, who is owned by VIP, and who has flooded the search engines with his 200 some odd websites all pointing to VIP, while claiming he is honest because he doesn't accept advertising. VIP will remain on the list for now, but bettors should know their software is very weak, and they are sneaking with parlays and props.

SIA has had some problems with one of their payment options being down, and customers are pissed. So only sign up with them using neteller, payment is very smooth with that.

DON'T EVER USE A PAYMENT SYSTEM WHICH REQUIRES YOU TO GIVE OUT YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT #. THE ONE SIA USES IS ACUTALLY THEIR OWN NOT A THIRD PARTY, AND THE SAME WITH BODOG, WHO'S OWNER IS A 2 TIME STOCK FRAUD.

Two sites up for consideration on the list are Tradesports and Betfair. both of these shops do bettor to bettor betting, basically bet exchanges. Both are getting large volume with betfair by far the largest. Unfortunately betfair doesn't take US customers, tradesports does.

Another book who should probably be on the list is Hollywood, but their dealing with sharps, reduced juice, and opinionated lines are high risk, we'll have to see how they do.

Since I think costa Rica is not a good spot right now, I'm just wondering how MVP sportsbook is doing. They remain on the list, but I've moved my money out of there, as I do the second half of the nfl season with most books who do make my top A list. A flight to quality.

Gamblers Ave went bust, but Royal bailed out the players. Royal used to be a top shop, but experienced some big problems this summer, if they keep up the good work they will be back on the list next year.

Play safe talksporters!!!

I'm removing rio/sky from my list of safe books. There are reports on other forums they are suffering finacial problems. If any of you play there its time to bail.

One of the indications they were having problems was high bonuses to big bettors. this is a key tip, which I missed.

There are a lot of books offering big bonuses this year, the economics just don't make sense, but at least make sure the book is capping the bonus at a reasonable number. Rio was offering 20% bonus to anyone who deposited over $5k.

Has anyone tried BetGoldPalace.com? It was referred to me by a capper at vegascybersports.com. I've had good luck with no problems. They have some good incentives. The Bonus Code I used to sign up was Hawks.

Football is upon us, and we will receive many too good to be true offers. Paid shills are everywhere, bonuses are huge, tough to resist.
So I've compiled the following for us, which are the best offshore books, rated by safety only. these books have long proven track records of rapid payment, and honesty dealing with their customers. Most offer arbitration of disputes through watchdog sites as well, and have shown a willingness to answer questions/problems on forums.

These books have just about perfect no complaint records, and have never had complaints of no pay, or even rumours to that effect. If one of the books on the list starts to get risky I'll remove it.

Check back.

Btw, you get this list for free, from a guy who has no agenda, and gets no money from shilling or advertising.

I'm not including any other ratings except safety, because the other stuff like bonuses, limits, etc. are tiny compared to that one feature, getting your money when you ask for it.
You can do your own research to tailor which one of the books on this list best fits your needs.
No doubt we'll see several shill posts under mine touting books not on the list, well, play there at your own risk. don't be a sucker.

Ausie books have the strictest regulations including trust/escrow accounts. Some don't cater to us citizens though.

Top 4:

WWTS- does. Recently bought out by public aussie company.

Betworks- does

centrebet- not sure

canbet- does, and reduced juice. moved to england but public company still based in australia.

England has the second best regulation, and is home to some of the oldest books.

Tops:
Bowmans

bet365

sportingbet group. A huge number of books under this umbrella including sportsbook.com, players only, sportingbetusa.com

Will Hill- no us sports
Other offshores with the best track records:

Intertops

world sports exchange

olympic

grande

pinnacle

Allworld- the only nonaussie book to have escrow accounts.

Cris

Books not quite on that list but still very solid:

cascade

mvpsportsbook/las palmas -same owners

betgameday

wagerstreet

sportsinteraction

Sports Off Shore

Play safe talksporters, that is 22 books, and several umbrellas, tried and true, if you can't find books here suiting your needs, and some of them offer great bonuses and reduced juice as well, then you deserve whatever a shill will sell you

I wouldn't dare attempt to "teach" anything to one who already thinks he knows it all. Good luck with that maturity thing ... hope it works out for you some day.

Good luck.

Here's some advice for you dick. Take your ass back to your website.

At the end of football season, and beyond, the list will stand the test of time, including sia.

In the event any of these books experience trouble I'll give plenty of warning, just like the carib situation, which is growing.

so cut the condescending bs, I've yet to read a post of your's here which taught me anything. your drivel does nothing.

Thank you for an all inclusive list of books you have
a great deal of confidence in. I too have played with
a couple of them and never had a problem. In fact, the
only book I ever had a problem with was nasa, cancelled
me because of a small winning streak, did send my balance
though.

I also think you can include "infinity" I was paid many
times by them with no hassles, receiving money the next
business day, WU.

It is excellent that we can discuss this important matter
with each other, because you cannot trust the shils and
the advertisers. Take the advice from real players.
Again thank you and good luck this season.
Dante

Joe drivel-

Kid, spend your time writing such thought provoking fact filled pieces like, "Gamblers need more than one out", instead of trying to dance with me. Otherwise I'm gonna have to spend a couple minutes in your posts showing folks what a useless tout tool you are.

You're all show, no substance.

big$$$, I expect more from you than the driveling tout. SIA has ZERO complaints of no pay. ZERO. Unless you want to include proven scammers trying to circumvent their limits using multiple accounts.

the criteria of the above list, is one and only one thing: perfect payment records.

Yes sia has customer service isuues, as does the sportingbet group and several others to a lesser degree, i.e., pinny you can't even reach by phone unless you have the magic #, mvp clerks have NO clue, cris is notoriously rude, intertops payouts take a day sometimes more, bowmans deals 2 lines, and wagerstreet is pompous, but bottom line:

THEY PAY. come wintertime when some others are folding and guys are crying, the successful business models of these books will keep them going strong.

Congratulations "edge" on completing a post WITHOUT using profanity. The charm school classes are really paying off

Threaten me all you will, sir, means absolutely nothing coming from someone with your obvious lack of class and maturity. Hopefully you'll someday learn to contain your anger when others dare disagree with you. And, in that regard, I wish you the best of luck. It will be a long miserable life remaining for you if you can't gain some control.

BTW edge, I'll leave the last post in this thread for you, as I'm certain you've spent your entire life getting the last word in. It's all yours big boy ... get after it!

Why is Carib off the list? I know about the legal stuff and the big bust, but has that already proven to affect their trustworthiness and ability to pay? Thanks.

Reb the owners got popped for a mil in their safe deposit boxes, a drop in the bucket for carib and they will have no trouble paying out on the current mild run on the bank.

But I have strict criteria for the safest books and having the feds on their back is not good enough to make the list. Particularly in this case because there are rumours they operate part of their book from the states. I don't see a lot of IQ with these guys to have safe deposit boxes in their name and big amounts of cash at home. It just confirms they may have more problems ahead due to stupidity.
