Undertaker - The Oakland line hasn't moved at all this week. Where did you get 6.5? Thanks.

The problem is you folks act and move to slow, like a bunch of old hags. I bet you people don't even bother to check lines oN Sunday night, as soon as they come out , do you?

You just want to over analzize every damn thing all week long like a typical joe public bettor, and you end up losing more than your fair share of games due to you not pulling the trigger when the lines first game out.

These bets I placed were all placed 3 damn days ago. But your just kidding, I hope, when you really expect the lines to all be the same 3 days later, because no one one earth can be so obnoxius? OR CAN THEY?

But for your information on sunday night 10/06 11pmest,

Planetpinnacle had

Green Bay +5 -101
Raiders -6 1/2 -111
and Canbet had
Houston +9 -107

But than again, I can assure you that at that time 10/06 11pmest, that the Johnny come lately bettor isn't really paying attention to the lines that are posted for the following weekend, because it takes them all damn week to cap a game.

Me on the other hand , I do all my capping 2 to 3 weeks in advance. and I'm already looking at week 9 NFL. So remember, I'm always atleast 3 steps in front of you uninformed Joe public bettors. AND IT SHOWS, BECAUSE MY RECORD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF ON WALLSTREETCAPPERS MONITORED NFL AND COLLEGE FOOTBALL SELECTIONS.

HAVE A GREAT DAY! :)

Trll,

I haven't posted here for some time after getting a mean spirited email...there is just too much bashing at this site, especially from the Undertaker. However, I too got GB at +5 yesterday and I just checked with WSEX.com, my main out, and it is still +5.

For some strange reason, both the Undertaker and I have many of the same games selected for this week. If you are interested, you can check my picks at my free web site.

Undertaker..

I like a few of these games..and got some today..

Pack +5
Bengals +6.5
Ravens +6.5 (this one looks great..who has Indy played?)

Others like Miami I see are teetering on that right price line. I see Miami will hit the hook again and I will get some when/if it does.

Skins are to 1.5, that makes me think it may move towards 2.5 or 3. I will wait that one out.

The Boltz line looks quite iffy..I am thinking a bit about KC here..especially if she goes to 3.5

I'm assuming your crude response was directed toward me. If you acted like more of a human being instead of bashing everyone for asking a question, maybe people would respect you more and not question your record and the lines you post. I asked a simple, polite question where you saw it a 6.5 (I for one watch the lines just a much as you do and Stardust opened this game at 7.5) No reason to respond like you're the only one who thinks they know what they're doing. I never said I like the Raiders anyway so no reason to start bashing when it's not called for.

Going back into WSC's monitoring threads, your record is good, not knocking it one bit. However, I'm unclear on something. This Deep Blue thing you are referring to is a combined 97-33 and if you take out your picks from here (25-12), that leaves a record of 72-21 - 77% before you posted. 77% seems impossible. Where were these prior picks posted?

Why does no one like the undertaker? Someone said he was lying about his lines and he just wrote back thats all.
He never said 45-15 was documented picks, that is his formulas results for the current season had he developed the formula on week 1. His documented picks are not bad either.
Winpicks is just a stat tool, you can't just press "predict" and get 65% picks. A few people and only a few are developing formulas that are predicting ncaaf, nfl over 60% easy, especially into the season a bit now. Well see if they can keep it up...
If you can figure out how, winpicks is very legit way to predict results and look for deep blue to kick butt this weekend like it did last weekend 7-2-1 nfl 7-3 ncaaf.
Go deep blue!

Perhaps a silly question: Is this the same "deep blue" that gained its fame playing ligh-level chess, or is it a PC program?

Just a pc program called winpicks. You have to create custom formulas to attempt to discover what is relevant in predicting future scores. You can run your formulas against past data to see how they would have fared. You have to give names to your sets of formulas and undertaker calls his "deep blue".

Some of those winpicks people do seem to be making some good nfl/ncaaf picks these past weeks...

My 2 cents on what the program is..

I bot football last year from Winpicks..and there is NO..I mean ZERO way you could create a system that generates 10 picks a week that has the record he is claiming.. there is ZERO..lets say again ZERO chance that he has put in the secret forumla that can make 8-10 games come out with high probability. It is hard enough with college where there are a zillion teams, let alone pro where there are less.

If he is using Winpicks well damn bless him because I spend hours monkeying with different variables..spent hours on websites for people who use winpicks..and I couldnt come up with that kind of percentage with that high # of picks.

That is why I didnt buy it this year..you couldnt have it both ways..high percentage and high pick #..

So if he has this secret formula for winpicks, then follow him because he has found a needle in a hay stack..

Personally, I doubt its winpicks..

Winpicks is not the same as last year. It is new and improved with a secret weapon called surelock which you didn't have last year. I personally custom made over 50 NFL formulas along with another dozen sure lock formulas and ran hundreds of tests going back 17 years. I than molded all these formulas into one ass kicking program called DEEP BLUE, THE FINAL PRODUCT.

Under..

Well I think thats great..nice going..but you know what I am talking about with the lack of picks with high percentages..I had high hopes but gave up after so much time with no results..

I hope it keeps going. How much was it this year? I got a combo package with both in one..not that it really helped..I couldnt get any size on either area..on totals or sides..I was a little bummed out to be honest..

I will keep track of it with you, and to those that are bashing him..I think it is great that he came out and mentioned the source..now if we can all treat each other nicely, thats a diff story..

i used winpiks with the surelok addon about 8 years ago for about 5 years and i never approached a 65% or better record for the season on any of about 50 formulas. yes, surelok has been around for a while and it is not bulletproof. first, winpiks does not account for emotion, coaching and motivation plus lookahead and letdown spots. next, i found surelok bases its formula picks on straight up winners not ats winners for each selected category. i tried to get microbrothers to change this but to no avail. also many formulas are backfitted to appear successful in the past but that does not indicate future performance. you will find hot formulas all of a sudden go cold quickly. i had a collection of about 20 hot formulas that went cold never to make it back again. to their credit i find winpiks good for stats comparisons, trends, and power ratings. it is better than some of the other programs i tried but i found the computer between my ears does a better job overall and with the mountain of info on the net there is less need for a number crunching program.

Shoeless, that was over 3 years ago since you last used it. This surelock is not the same kind you used over 3 years ago. It's an entirely new version.

I will be SHOCKED if GB covers this weekend. This is a bad spot for them and a great spot for NE. But any "formulas" cannot take any of the emotional aspects into account, and the NFL is full of ideal emotional spots such as this one.

The winning play is:

NE -4.5

Be careful of Carolina too...low number but the under may be the better play.

Does anyone know why they don't add surelock to the other software packages?

Okie2 has himself a winner. If anyone happens to be going to Vegas and is interested in relieving a sportsbook of some of its cash, the Las Vegas Club downtown on Fremont St. still has the Pats at -4. Hurry though, the schmoes behind the counter may wake up from their midweek nap at any moment.
